Hey Everyone! This issue is a departure from our normal format. Due to being away from home for almost three weeks and a series of unexpected life occurrences, I never got a newsletter put together for today.
I’m sitting in the Orlando airport knocking this out on Saturday at 3pm- a very unusual endeavor for me. I usually work on individual newsletters for at least a week. But, life got lifey and I just didn’t have the time, energy or emotional bandwidth to focus on writing this week. I’m hoping to be back on track next Sunday. I’m also hoping next week’s issue will be a banger…because i’ve got a lot to say about a lot of things.
Until then, here are two classes I’ve found useful recently. I hope you enjoy them.

I practiced this class almost every morning I was in Florida. It is the perfect sequence for early mornings. I wasn’t sleeping well, so it was nice to wake up and have a class that wasn’t too strenuous but still delivered the full body stretch I desired.
Yoga Nidra for Insomnia and Deep Sleep | Loren Runion
90 Minutes | All Levels | Beginner Friendly
This was a brand new experience for me. I know that a lot of people use Yoga Nidra for insomnia, but I’ve never done it before. Nidra is generally a morning practice for me, as It’s the most uplifting way I’ve found to start my day.
I used this on a red eye and I was amazed at how effective it was!! I slept through most of it and then afterwards too— an effing miracle, because I don’t usually sleep on planes.
