Beautiful blog once again! I too have been enjoying the practice of meditation. I currently get up around 4am everyday and find that the stillness of my monkey mind at that early hour is as quiet as it's going to be all day so I'm embracing it. I do a few minutes of breathwork to help activate my pineal gland and then I listen to a guided meditation. It's a wonderful way to start the day.

Oh that sounds lovely! I used to get up really early and I always loved the peace of early morning. My life has shifted now, so that I stay up and wake later to align with my teen's schedule. I look forward to a day when I can enjoy those pre-dawn hours again. There is something very special about practicing yoga + meditation while the rest of the world sleeps.
