I can so relate to this - "I had worked so hard, for so long. What would happen to my body if I couldn’t do the challenging yoga sequences I was used to? I had no choice but to find out."

Also, Yoga with Adriene was my gateway to yoga and practicing beyond the asanas.

Adriene is such a gift. Her authentic presence and compassionate approach have Welcomed so many people into the world of yoga. My teacher pool has grown quite a bit lately, but I still love Adriene's classes. They feel like home.

Home… yes, they do. My collection of yoga poems was deeply inspired by how she speaks such kind words while we practice. Have you read any of my poems? I would love to share it with you because if you love Adriane, it may speak to you. :)

That makes so much sense! I have read a few of your poems and they are so warm and inviting. Now that I have the connection, I am doubly inspired and impressed. I think I'll peruse your library with my morning coffee. :)

I do have a special mug! I drink my coffee out of it every morning.

I just read the Cat-Cow haiku. I really love that you shared a link to an article about the pose. I wasn't expecting that. It was a nice surprise and a valuable recourse for a teacher like me - who is always trying to enrich my knowledge of yoga. I love it. Can't wait to dive so much deeper into your archives.
